Wrenfaire Harp

The Wrenfaire is a very compact lever harp, ideally suited for use in healing therapy or hospice situations, or wherever portability combined with good sound is desired. The range is 31 strings with E as the bottom note. The soundboard is narrow, but the box is deep front to back, and tall, giving the harp a focused, clear and strong sound. The strings are normal spacing, levers on all notes, and the tension is good. This is a very easy harp to deal with, so that the harpist can attend to the process, not the hardware. Clear, focused sound from fluorocarbon strings, steelcore in bass octave, bottom note E. Firm tension and correct string spacing for normal technique. Very portable --no legs. Most people find it comfortable to play the instrument resting directly on the floor. Total weight of the harp in its case is about 20 lbs.
