This harp is
truly the top of the line.
Sound- The tone of this harp is one of great
depth and character. When you need to be amplified, simply plug
into the connector inside the large access hole in the back of
the harp. There are pickups on each string, making this an acoustic/electric
harp. The sound is clear and accurate, what you play is what
the audience hears, with no fussing about with microphones, and
never a problem with feedback.
Presence-Visually, the conservative elegance tells
your clients that they have hired wisely. The staved back is
easy to reach around. The string spacing is standard pedal harp
reach. Alder wood is my standard material for neck, pillar, and
soundbox staves on this harp. This wood is strong, yet resonant,
and is finished in its natural color, no stains are used. The
cedar soundboard is veneered with cherry, and to set it off,
a thin walnut binding strip edges the body. A satin black finish
is an option at no extra cost.
The harp is supplied with a custom
fitted rigid foam case. The harp, in its case, weighs about 35
pounds.
Price of harp with built in
amplification, rigid foam case, extra set of strings, and tuning
wrench-
